Описание: Lipedema is a poorly understood disease with no available animal models or established biomarkers, and research in this area operates in a resource-limited environment. As the largest funder of Lipedema research, the Lipedema Foundation maintains the Legato Library, an up-to-date, peer-reviewed repository of Lipedema literature. In addition, LF has invested in a Lipedema Tissue Biobank to support research efforts. This talk will highlight the most impactful Lipedema publications from 2024/2025 and discuss LF’s Biobank initiative, ensuring researchers have access to both Lipedema and control samples.
