Good for light meal in the middle of the day! or dinners!
Ingredients
1 carrot
1 red onion
1/2 Green capsicum
1/2 Yellow capsicum
1/2 Red capsicum
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Paprika
1tbs garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp Curry powder
2 beefcubes ( optional)
3 Cups uncooked rice or leftover rice
3 to 4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp butter
