Hello everybody,
I've tested the "stealth" Katana, by messing around with a xenon wharf.
Conclusions:
I think that lowering the radar signature does not equal "stealth".
Let's say the normal radar range of a ship is 40 km, a 70% reduction in radar signature, means that your ship ship should not be seen on radar at a distance of 12 km. Not exactly stealth, but more like an "avoidance system" as long as you keep a certain distance from enemy ships.
