Set-up on your hands and knees with you butt back towards your heels. Press your hands into the floor to press back. Start the movement from your pelvis by tucking in your tailbone, rounding your low back, and move slowly up the spine with your chin tucking last. Keep your chin tucked while you begin untucking your tailbone, extending your low back, and all the way up the spine with your neck extending last. Repeat 3-5 times in both directions (flexion and extension). Make sure to breathe throughout this exercise. Avoid holding your breath.
