ഉപ്പ് ചേർത്ത് വേവിച്ച 2 ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ്2 Potatoes,Boiled with salt
1 Green chilli,chopped 1 പച്ചമുളക് അരിഞ്ഞത്
small piece of ginger, chopped ചെറിയ കഷ്ണം ഇഞ്ചി അരിഞ്ഞത്
1 onion,chopped 1 സവാള അരിഞ്ഞത്
Coriander leaves മല്ലിയില
(1/4)Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
(1/4) ടിസ്പൂൺ മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി
(1/2)Teaspoon Coriander Powder
(1/2)ടിസ്പൂൺ മല്ലിപൊടി
(1/2) Teaspoon Cumin+Pepper Powder
(1/2) ടിസ്പൂൺ കുരുമുളകും ജീരകവും പൊടിച്ചത്
(1/2)Teaspoon Garam masala
(1/2)ടിസ്പൂൺ ഗരം മസാല
(3/4) Teaspoon chaat Masala
(3/4) ടിസ്പൂൺ ചാട്ട് മസാല
One and a half cups of wheat flour
ഒന്നര കപ്പ് ഗോതമ്പ് പൊടി
olive oil ഒലിവ് ഓയിൽ
Add (1/2) glass of water.
(1/2) ഗ്ലാസ് വെള്ളം ചേർക്കാം
You can add butter or ghee.
വെണ്ണയോ നെയ്യോ ചേർക്കാം
