In this video, I attempt the Team Gainz ELITE Calisthenics endurance requirement.
In order to successfully complete this routine, one must not only completed under nine minutes, but also complete with superb form.
Here is the routine:
10 Muscleups to 10 sb dips to 10 pull-ups, all unbroken.
20 pushups to 20 squats - 5 round 
20 full burpees
30 overhand pull-ups
I completed the routine in 8:42. I kept going for just under nine minutes so I could do an extra three pull ups to make up for any that may have been a bit questionable to my standards.
