Learn how simple it is to make Achiote oil, which is basically what we refer to as roucou or occo in the southern Caribbean, in this episode of #FoodFAQ with Chris De La Rosa. Typically we'd used water in making roucou /occo but this time we'll do it as it's done in the Spanish speaking Caribbean and Latin countries by infusing veg oil with the annatto seeds.
