This custom project resulted in the design, engineering, and fabrication of custom pipe rollers with precise rapid acceleration, high torque, and dynamic range to meet the demand for great precision.

Since part of the honing process required an extremely high degree of precision, top rollers were used to provide precise down force to keep the workpiece locked in place.

To ensure low backlash and precision rotation speeds, we added in servo motors. These allow for reliable high-speed synchronized rotation.
