This system provides a direct access to a circumferential seam of the vessel for operators. Along with the shell-to-shell fit-up capability of the growing lines, using LJ's Fast-Fab DSAW Growing Line System makes it significantly easier for welders to perform fit-up tacks.

Besides the fit-up capability, the system manipulator's DSAW welding capabilities are also a game changer when it comes to vessel fabrication efficiency. Featuring a 15-inch touchscreen HMI with lockouts and E-stop, laser guided seam tracking, and a single button to start a weld, this system helps to significantly streamline the vessel fabrication.

The vessel fabrication using our Fast-Fab DSAW Growing Line System requires crane use only for loading as all the fit-up is done by independent remote control rollers providing clean shell-to-shell fit-up.
