Hey everyone! In this video I’m talking about all the things that helped me have a fast and (relatively) painless labor and delivery. I’m a first time mom and was always told to prepare myself because labor can last for hours to days with your first child. Well I had my daughter after 2 hours of laboring and 15 minutes of pushing! I hope this video is a blessing to someone and encourages you to believe in yourself and in your body’s ability to do what it was designed to do!
