INGREDIENTS:
500g Gluten Free Sausages
1 carrot
1 onion
1 clove garlic
20g sultanas soaked in 20g Marsala Wine(optional) but its nice
20g potato starch mixed to a watery paste with 20-30g water
30g tomato paste
200g peas
300g beef or veal stock
30g red thai curry paste or to taste
salt & pepper to taste.
