For best results elevate your hands using a med ball, sanddune stepper, low box/step, pushup handles or a heavier pair of dumbbells/kettlebells. This will give you better leverage and joint positioning. Not only in this a timeless anytime, anywhere full-body workout but you can use it indefinitely as a warmup or off-day active recovery routine.

Perform continuous 2 minutes of work periods for each move in the following full-body circuit:
Alternating Spider Lunge, Hinge & Twist
Down Dog to Cobra to Pushup Climber
Sumo Hinge & Twist to Alternating Lateral Squat
Multi-Stance Blast-Off Plank to Pushup Flow
Hinge to Squat to Groiner to Twist
That's 1 round that takes 10 minutes to complete. Do up to 2-3 rounds, resting 1-2 minutes between rounds.
