NonDual Awakening Meditation - Doors of the Mind

Описание: Guided meditation for nondual awakening based on investigating the various "file folders" in which the brain stores past memories and stories. These "file folders" can be changed to work w/ different emotions, periods in one's life, attachments and fears, or physical maladies or perceptions of the body. You can stay longer in a "room", by pausing the video and one story may dominate, and if it does, then the Sedona Method or Byron Katie approach, as described in "Surrendering the "I", letting go of suffering" @ http://happinessbeyondthought.blogspo... or self-inquiry can be used to work with, and perhaps let go of the story.

It is also very useful, as was done in this vid, to investigate the "opposite" file folder, i.e. if one looks @ "sadness", also look @ "joy" or if you look @ "anger", look also @ "compassion". This shows the illusion of the reality of any emotional pole.

The mountain in the vid is Mt. Arunachala @ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arunachala, a famous mountain in south India where Ramana Maharshi, my principal teacher, spent most of his life. It literally translates as "red mountain".
