A quiet winter day with no schedule, no rush, no plan. I walk slowly through snowy forests and open fields, filming birds and listening to nature. All the sounds and music are played and recorded by me. Sometimes it's enough just to be present and observe. This is how I reconnect – through silence, light, and movement.
