This short documentary explores ancient rock paintings — and my own relationship with nature through them. What did early humans want to express on these stone walls? Were they depicting what they saw, or what they felt?
The film reflects on how the natural world has always shaped human imagination. By observing the ancient artists’ traces, I also look inward — to the same sense of wonder, silence, and connection that still exists when I’m alone in nature.
Rather than explaining the paintings scientifically, this short doc approaches them visually and intuitively. It’s an exploration of perception: how ancient people might have seen their surroundings, and how their artistic vision still resonates today.
