Описание: I decided to do an ALL STRENGTH TRAINING Saturday! Join me for this COMPLETE UPPER BODY TONING WORKOUT and let`s sculpt the entire upper body! This workout will target the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. You can use light or heavy weights with this one. I used 2 kg weights in this video, but I would go heavier than that, depending on your fitness level. If you have different weight options available, make sure you use different weights for different exercises. Might go lighter on the chest, heavier on the back...

Round 1 - CHEST
Round 2 - BACK
Round 3 - SHOULDERS
Round 4 - BICEPS
Round 5 - TRICEPS
