Meet Jenson,

He started life in 1985 as an Austin mini 1000 City E but today is a VERY different Mini.

Having had in recent years a small fortune spent on it and a full nut and bolt restoration, he presents with no rust at all. Repainted in Yukon grey with a contrasting black roof, black matching group 2 arches and black accessories. This was built with fast road and track use in mind so the decision was taken to add a removable fibreglass front end, matching bonnet wrapped in carbon vinyl, fibreglass boot lid and all perspex windows (other than the front screen), weight saving is at the core of this build.

The beating heart of Jenson in a bonkers Rob Walker built 1293cc Metro turbo engine, rolling road set up by Airey tuning recently to 110 BHP (a lot more in it if wanted as has a programable ECU) its also had an upgraded fully rebuilt turbo fitted and is paired to a straight cut gear box, this Mini is one of the fastest I've ever driven! Full custom exhaust that sounds amazing. Of course you will have spotted the all important 10 inch wheel conversion. This allowed for the upgraded 4 pot callipers, grooved & vented discs and upgraded pads, it also slows down as you'd expect. Underneath there is of course upgraded and fully adjustable suspension including GAZ adjustable shock, adjustable tie bars & camber, all poly bushed. In the boot is the fuel cell, a track must.

Moving to the inside, the fast road/track vibe continues, 2 black Sparco FIA approved seats with contrasting red TRS 4 point harnesses strap you in place, the matching red 6 point Safe Devices roll cage just reminds you of what you're about to drive. A full ally custom dash with fuse and relays on show also houses the choke. Below you have a lovely quality custom switch panel for all light controls and power cut off switch. A fully digital dash give you all the info you could ever wish for and on start up looks super cool. To the right of the quick release alcantara clad steering wheel with 12 o'clock maker, sits 3 more gauges giving you water temp, oil pressure and turbo boost. Carbon fibre door cards and KAD quick shifter finish the internals off perfectly.

The history file that comes with Jenson is remarkable, feels like everything he's ever had done has been kept, including a full MOT history.
