For the meatballs
½ cup bread crumbs (or make your own with some stale bread)
¼ cup milk
½ lb. (225g) lean ground beef
½ lb. (225g) ground pork
1 egg
⅛ yellow onion, diced fine
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley
