Описание: My Endometriosis Story - Living with Endometriosis

I have been wanting to make a video about my endometriosis story for a while now but I have been putting it off as it is a very emotional subject for me and something that not only affects my day-to-day life but my mental health too!

I was also unsure how and what sort of video I wanted to make: endometriosis diagnosis, how to cope with endometriosis pain, how to support someone you know with endometriosis... So, instead, I have rambled and tried to include all those different elements along with what it is like for me to live with a chronic illness.

I hope you find my video useful, I certainly found it easier to watch other people's videos as it helped me to feel like I am not alone!

Please also have a look on Facebook too as there are loads of support groups with amazing people in sharing their stories and advice for coping with this chronic illness. Another great source of support and information is:
