Storytime! Living with depression
This is a video I have wanted to create for a while now but have been too scared to do it! This is my mental health story and creating this video has already helped me so much. If you are struggling with any of these issues, please talk to someone you trust and if you don't feel like you have someone then please see your doctor.
If you need urgent help right now, please contact the Samaritans. There's no shame in doing this and the people who work there are so lovely and supportive.
I also want to make it clear that I am not promoting the use of anti-depressants this is just what works for me and I recommend seeing a therapist first too, as this can help so much.
