This yoga nidra practice is designed to support your astral projection journeys, helping you cultivate the mind awake, body asleep state. The rotation of images will encode you with visualizations that can trigger an out-of-body experience (OBE).

In this session, you will be guided through deep relaxation techniques, body awareness, and visualizations to help unlock the vibrational state and prepare you for out-of-body explorations. By practicing regularly, you can fine-tune your ability to astral project with ease.

Yoga Nidra for Astral Projection | Mind Awake, Body Asleep Meditation for OBE

This astral travel guided meditation uses the yoga nidra method I learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.

💫 My voice will fall away after about 25 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep.

The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.

This is astral travel meditation is set to relaxation music and also to the sound of waves (nature sounds).
