Описание: This Astral Projection Meditation | Radio Dial Technique to Have an Out of Body Experience with Rosalie Yoga can be practiced lying on your side. This guided meditation is designed to help you have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE) or astral travel with ease.

This is a new technique, which I have been experimenting with that enabled me to have a mind blowing OBE whilst lying on my side. It can, of course, be practiced lying on your back, but if you struggle to get comfortable lying on your back, I encourage you to try this one out. It does rely heavily on visualisation.

I invite to practice this at night time as you are drifting off to sleep. As it may trigger lucid dreams at a later stage if you do not astral project.

I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using elements of yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR).

Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, I will take you through a guided visualization to have an out of body experience.

My voice will then fall away, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out of body experience or deep sleep.

The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.

This is astral travel meditation technique is set to binaural beats, so it’s more effective with headphones.
