Today was a cold Florida day for sure. Granted, it is winter here. It was a great day to test out one of my Twisted Quesadillas. I have to admit, my fire-roasted salsa came out amazing.
This cooking on the road adventure truly shows just how beautiful Florida's nature really is. Spanish Moss, Palms, Shells, and Sand do show a different side of beauty; one must stop and notice to really appreciate.
