🧾 Ingredients
• Oil
• Onion (finely chopped)
• Cabbage (finely chopped)
• Boiled Chicken (shredded)
• Chili Sauce
• Soy Sauce
• White Pepper
• Black Pepper
• Salt
• Chili Flakes
• Samosa Sheets / Roll Sheets / Thin Wrappers (as needed)
• Oil for frying

👩‍🍳 Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until soft.
2. Add chopped cabbage and cook for 2–3 minutes.
3. Add boiled shredded chicken and mix well.
4. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, white pepper, black pepper, salt, and chili flakes.
5. Cook on medium flame until the filling is well combined and dry.
6. Let the filling cool completely.
7. Take thin wrappers and fill them with the prepared chicken filling.
8. Shape into samosas, rolls, and chicken pockets.
9. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
10. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
