INGREDIENTS:-
Main Ingredients
Boneless Chicken: Cut into thick strips.
Sheet (Pastry/Samosa Sheets): Cut into very thin, thread-like strips for the outer coating.
Oil: For deep frying.
First Marination (Spices)
Red Chili Powder
Salt: To taste.
Black Pepper Powder
Cumin (Jeera) Powder
Coriander (Dhania) Powder
Crushed Red Chilies (Chili Flakes)
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Second Marination (Sauces & Binder)
Yogurt (Dahi): 1 tablespoon.
Schezwan Sauce: 1 tablespoon.
Green Chili Sauce: As needed for extra flavor.
