Описание: Today’s video is all about Upgrades! Builder upgrades and upgrades you should probably get done after your home closes. There is definitely a benefit to having your upgrades done through the builder, but there is also a financial benefit to having some upgrades done afterwards.

When you get any upgrades done through the builder, there is definitely a convenience factor. You can easily roll in the addition cost of those builder upgrades into your mortgage, but these builder upgrades can come at a hefty cost. Consider builder upgrades for things that would be very costly or near impossible to get done after the homes is built – Using the builder upgrades towards your kitchen, master bathroom oasis and hardwood stairs would be great example of good use of Builder Upgrades.

If you're considering to get upgrades on your new home after closing, consider upgrades like a backsplash and pot lights. Upgrades like these are easy to be done and much cheaper than using the builder upgrades. You can also get much more of a selection to choose from when you get your upgrades done on your own as opposed to the minimal selection through the upgrades you would find with the builder.

Upgrades:
1. raise (something) to a higher standard, in particular improve (equipment or machinery) by adding or replacing components.
2. an act of upgrading something.
