One of my most watched and commented videos is my "Stop Sucking In Your Belly" video I created a year ago. In that video I showed you the negative effects of sucking your belly in all.day.long just to look thinner in your midsection.
Many of the those who commented said that because of sucking in all the time they have poor posture, digestive issues, aches pains and worse.

Today I'm giving you part 2 and showing you how to stop sucking your belly in, because if you've been doing it so long, your body has created a habit of sucking in without you even doing it intentionally.

In today's video I'm showing you how to relax your abdominal muscles so you're not gripping them all day long, so you can finally reduce aches and pains, and get your pelvic floor muscles working properly again.
