I add lemon for a light fresh taste, but you can replace it with cinnamon if you prefer. I bake this pie in a large pan to keep it thin. If you want a thicker pie, use a smaller pan and increase the baking time, checking for doneness.

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Batter
Whisk the eggs with sugar.
Add vegetable oil and milk, mix well.
Add sifted flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.

2️⃣ Apples
Peel and slice the apples, then drizzle with the juice of half a lemon.

3️⃣ Assemble
Place a layer of apples in the pan, then a layer of batter.
Repeat in layers (3–5 layers), alternating apples and batter.

4️⃣ Bake
Bake at 170°C (340°F) for about 35 minutes, until golden.
