Celebrate the magic of the holiday season with these beautiful Christmas Linzer Biscuits! ❄️✨
Buttery, tender, and filled with sweet jam, these classic cookies are a festive favorite that bring joy to every table. With their delicate cut-out shapes and snowy dusting of powdered sugar, they look just as magical as they taste. Perfect for Christmas parties, cookie boxes, gifting, or enjoying with a warm cup of cocoa by the tree.

In this video, I’ll show you step-by-step how to make these stunning Christmas Linzer Cookies at home — simple, delicious, and guaranteed to impress your family and friends.
Let’s bake some Christmas cheer! 🎅🎄❤️

🧈 Ingredients:

For the biscuit dough:

✔️100g softened butter
✔️60g Icing sugar
✔️35g egg
✔️160g all-purpose flour
✔️20g almond powder
✔️salt to taste

For the filling & finishing:
Strawberry or raspberry jam
Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:
1. In a bowl add flour, almond powder, salt, icing sugar, butter and egg.
2.Mix all until a soft dough forms.
3. Wrap the dought and chill for 30 mins.
4. Preheat your oven to 160°C.
5. Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface to about 3–4 mm thickness.
6. Use a round or fluted cookie cutter to cut the base cookies.
7. Place cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
9. Let cookies cool completely before assembling.
10. Dust the top cookies (with cut-outs) with powdered sugar.
11. Spread a small spoonful of jam on the bottom cookies.
12. Gently press a powdered cookie on top to form a sandwich.
Serve & Enjoy!

These Linzer biscuits store beautifully for 3–4 days in an airtight container. They are perfect for gifting, holiday platters, or decorating your dessert table.

අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය:

පිටි ගුලිය සඳහා:

✔️කාමර උෂ්ණත්වයේ බටර් ✔️100g
✔️අයිසිං සීනි 60g
✔️බිත්තර 35g
✔️පාන් පිටි 160g
✔️ආමන්ඩ් කුඩු 20g
✔️ලුණු පිංචක්

පිරවීම සඳහා:

ස්ට්‍රෝබෙරි හෝ රාස්ප්බෙරි ජෑම්
ඉසීම සඳහා අයිසිං සීනි

උපදෙස්:
1. බඳුනකට පිටි, ආමන්ඩ් කුඩු, ලුණු, අයිසිං සීනි, බටර් සහ බිත්තර එකතු කරන්න.
2. මෘදු පිටි ගුලියක් සෑදෙන තුරු සියල්ල මිශ්‍ර කරන්න.
3. පිටි ගුලිය ඔතා විනාඩි 30ක් සිසිල් කරන්න.
4. අවන් එක 160°C ට රත් කරගන්න.
5. පිටි ගුලිය පිටි ඉසපු මතුපිටක් මත 3-4 mm පමණ ඝනකමට රෝල් කරන්න.
6. කුකී කටර් එකකින් බිස්කට් කපාගන්න.
7. පාච්මන්ට් කඩදාසියක් දැමූ බේකිං තැටියක් මත බිස්කට් තබන්න.
8. විනාඩි 10-12ක් හෝ රන්වන් පැහැ වන තුරු බේක් කර ගන්න.
9. බිස්කට් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම නිවෙන්න දෙන්න.
10. මැද සිදුරු කරපු බිස්කට් වලට අයිසිං සීනි ඉසා ගන්න.
11. සිදුරු නොකරපු බිස්කට් මත ජෑම් තවරගන්න.
12. ජෑම් තවරපු බිස්කට් උඩින් අයිසිං සීනි තවරපු බිස්කට් තියලා තද කරගන්න.

මෙම ලින්සර් බිස්කට් හොදින් වැසුනු භාජනයක දින 3-4ක් ගබඩාකර තබාගන්න පුළුවන්. ඒවා තෑගි දීමට, ඔබේ අතුරුපස මේසය අලංකාර කිරීමට යොදාගන්නත් පුළුවන්.
