This cooldown is designed to help your body slow down, stretch gently, and recover after movement. While it’s optional, I strongly encourage you to do it — cooldowns can help reduce soreness, support flexibility, and make it easier to stay consistent through the challenge.
✨ What This Cooldown Includes
• Gentle stretching for the full body
• Slower breathing to bring your heart rate down
• A calm, beginner-friendly pace
• Suitable to do at home, no equipment needed
