This session is all about slow, controlled strength – no jumping, no rushing. Just you, your breath and intentional movement. Low impact but high intensity, so every muscle stays under tension and every rep truly counts.

We’re moving through a short but spicy full body flow that helps you build strength, stay present and reconnect with your body.

Take these 30 minutes just for you.
Show up, move with intention and enjoy every rep 💫

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍
