How to make non-alcohol sorrel black cake

Wash 1 pack of dried sorrel
In a pot with boiling water (6-8 cups )
Add 2 pieces of dried orange peel
Add 4 pieces of cinnamon sticks
Add sorrel to the pot and boil on medium heat for 1/2 an hour
Take out the pulp
In a pot add 1/2 lb of dried dates
Add 1/2 lb of dried prunes
Add 1 lb of dried raisins
Add 3 cups of hot sorrel juice
Steam the dried fruits until they are nice and soft and plump
Add the steamed fruits to a food processor with 1/2 cup of sorrel juice and roughly blend or pulse it to your desire
Soak the fruits with 1/2 cup of the sorrel and leave it for overnight
In a bowl break 6 eggs
Add the zest of 1 lemon
Beat eggs and lemon zest together and set aside
In a bowl add 1/2 lb of butter
Add 1/2 lb of brown sugar
Mix the flour and sugar together
Add eggs little by little until the sugar crystals are melted
Add 1 tsp mixed essence
Add 1/2 lb flour
Add 1 tsp baking powder
And slowly fold in the flour to the batter
Add the fruits to the batter
Add 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Mix batter slowly to combine everything well
Add mixture to fully greased pans
Cook in a 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours
Let cakes sit for 8-10 minutes before taking them out of the pan
Add a little more of sorrel on top of the cakes and set aside to cool completely before cutting it
