I'm back with a warm-up routine for you guys to do before your workouts! I know this is something we ALL neglect, but this routine takes 5 minutes, and is pretty straight forward. The focus is on dynamic movement and activation so that you can get the most out of your training.

WARM UP ROUTINE
1) 5 mins Cardio of choice
2) Long Stride walking lunges
3) Reverse Lunges
4) Inch Worm walkouts
5) Lateral Lunges
6) Resistance Band Stretches overhead x 5-10
7) Alternate arm band stretches x 10 (5 each arm/shoulder)
