This dumbbell lower body workout is designed to build strength and target the glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves using dumbbells only. The workout includes 6 exercises performed for 3 sets each, completed in a row with 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest and 60 seconds rest between exercises.
Exercises included:
• Sumo Romanian deadlifts
• Goblet squats to front lunges
• Sumo squats
• Step ups on each side
• Calf raises
• Single leg glute bridges
