This is a 15 Gentle Flow Yoga for relaxation and stress relief.
Starting in a comfortable sitting position we focus on bringing awareness to each and every part of our body and relaxing all the muscles. With some warm up neck rotations we start our practice . From there we move into spinal twist for a gentle spinal stretch , Yoga mudra ( for anxiety relief) Gomukhasana to open up our chest and for a gentle stretch in our arms and back, Cat Cow pose for gentle spinal stretch, Puppy pose - again to relieve tension from your back, into child pose for relaxation into Ashtanga Namaskar transitioning into Sphinx pose for a subtle relaxation of spine leading into Shavasana.
Ending our practice by reflecting and setting our intentions for the day.
