Thanks for joining me in this all standing cardio workout! We’ll do each exercises two times in a row for 60 seconds each with a 10 second rest in between each work period.

2. Squat to reach
3. Standing mountain climbers
4. Speed skaters
5. Jump rope
6. High knees
7. Heels to glutes
8. Fast feet
9. Lunges to hop
10. Side step shuffle
