• WARMUP
Leg swings
Hip circles
Side bends
Hip Flexors
• EXERCISES
Prone Plank – 30 seconds X 2 (10 – 10 – 10)
Supine Plank – 20 seconds (10 – 5 – 5)
Lateral Plank X 2 – 30 seconds left, 30 seconds right
2nd set add leg lifts
Plank Scapular Push-up X 10 into a plank hold for 60 seconds
Flutter kicks – 20 seconds
Hypers x15
Bicycle Abs – pilates style, slow x 20 total
Split Crunch x 20
Hypers x 15
Bird Dog + Draw Square
Side crunch x 12 each side
Hypers x 15
Boat Hold – 40 seconds
Lateral hand stand plank – 20 seconds each side
