• WARMUP
Leg swings
Hip circles
Side bends
Hip Flexors
• EXERCISES
Prone Plank – 30 seconds
Supine Plank – 20 seconds
Lateral Plank – 30 seconds left, 30 seconds right
Plank Scapular Push-up – 10
Flutter kicks – 20 seconds
Hypers – 10
Bicycle Abs – pilates style, slow – 20 total
Plank arm press-ups – 10 times up
Jack knife sit-ups – 10
Lateral hand stand plank – 20 seconds each side
Dead Bugs – 10 reps (20 total)
• COOL DOWN/WRAP UP
Back stretches
Hip stretch or leg swings
Cobra stretch
