Ingredients:
1/2 cup Thick curd
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Pinch of asafoetida
Salt as per taste
1 tsp mint powder
1 tbsp Roasted besan
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Hot mustard oil
200 gms Paneer
Few slices of onion and capsicum

To make kathi paneer
1 tsp mustard oil
Marinated paneer
Few slices of onion and capsicum
Salt as per taste

Dough
1/2 cup Maida
1/2 Whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Curd
1/2 cup Water to knead dough
1 tbsp oil

Onion salad
Lachha pyaz
Fresh coriander
Green chili (optional)
Lemon juice

To assemble
Lachha paratha or plain paratha
Kathi paneer
Onion salad
Fresh coriander
Lemon juice
Chaat masala
Green chutney
