Serves : 6-7 peoples

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) : 1 cup (150 gms approx)
Wheat Flour : 1 cup (150 gms approx)
Salt : 1 tsp (approx, overall usage)
Vegetable Oil : 1 cup approx (overall usage)
Water : 100-120 ml (for kneading dough)
Garlic and Ginger : 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Red Capsicum : 1 no. (optional, finely sliced)
Green Capsicum : 1 no. (finely sliced)
Onion : 1 no. (finely sliced)
Black Pepper Powder : 1/6 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce : 1 tbsp
Vinegar : 1 tbsp
Tomato Chili Sauce : 1 tbsp (or to taste)
Schezwan Sauce : 1.5 tbsp (or to taste)
Cottage Cheese (Paneer) : 200 gms (sliced in small cube shape)
