A weak back is a painful back. Most people try to "stretch away" the pain, but if you don't build the armor (strength) around the spine, the pain will always come back.
This 5-step routine combines Mobility to restore range of motion and Strengthening to build stability.
Do this 3-4 times a week. 45 seconds per exercise. Control every rep.
