Think you need a squat rack to build big legs? Think again.
Today we are destroying our legs with ZERO equipment. This routine is high volume and high intensity—designed to replace the gym and test your mental toughness.
We start with 100 Squats to pre-exhaust the legs, and then we move into unilateral work to fix imbalances.
The "No Gym" Leg Routine:
1. Bodyweight Squats: 100 Reps (The Warm-up is the Workout)
2. Front Lunges: 3 x 20
3. Pulse Squats: 3 x 12 (Keep the tension!)
4. Hip Thrusts: 3 x 30
5. Kick-Backs: 3 x 12 (Each leg)
6. Calf Raises (3-Way): 3 Sets x 15 reps each position
Guidance:
Keep rest periods short (45–60 seconds). Focus on the squeeze at the top of every rep. If you want to grow, you have to embrace the burn.
