Описание: Its a Beautiful Day in Ranong, Thailand! 37C of blazing sunshine, there are not many ways to better spend a day than by racing bikes in the morning, and SMASHING a lunch of all the roti, curry, biriyani, and sour soup a stomach can handle come lunchtime.

SO great to visit 'Bang Kee Roti Arab' Restaurant today for lunch, and I may have gone a bit crazy with my order (see the full order in the description below). I am just so excited to be visiting a new province of Thailand today, this is my first visit to this special corner of Southern Thailand.

Feeling a bit like I am getting the best bits of what a Pro Cyclist might experience, but without any of the pressure! Very grateful and very fortunate to have this opportunity, and so why not continue to make the best of it by picking out just ONE killer-looking Southern-Thai curry feast to share with YOU today!!
