Let It Boil
Scrape The Malai
Reduce The Milk Into 1 Cup
Keep Aside
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Caramelised The Sugar
Add Boiled Milk
Mix Well
Boil For 2-3 Min.
Cool Down
1 Cup Heavy Cream / Whipping Cream
Beat Until Soft Peaks
Add Milk Caramel
Mix Well
Pour In a Mould
Spread Cashew Nuts And Raisins
Keep In Freezer For 6 Hours Or Overnight
