INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
10-12 Pieces Almond
Soak For 5 Min.
Peel The Skin
Pour In a Blender
2 Tbsp Milk
Blend Smooth
2 Cup Milk
Let It Boil
A Pinch Of Saffron
½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Blended Almond
Keep Stirring
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tspn Custard Powder
Mix Well
Boil For 2-3 Min.
Mixture Become Thicker
¼ Cup Sugar
Cook For 2 Min.
Cool Down
Some Pistachio
Some Almond
Pour In Kulfi Mould
Put a Stick
Keep In Freezer For 6-8 Hours
