快速爐使用說明(User Manual for Commercial Stoves)

Описание: 一、使用前須知:
1,務必搭配中壓調整器使用
由於桶裝瓦斯的出口壓力大約在4-8公斤，冬天氣溫低，壓力相對小，大約4公斤，夏天氣溫高，壓力相對大，會達到8公斤，需要透過中壓調整器將瓦斯降壓，調配出適合快速爐使用的瓦斯壓力範圍，大約在2.2-2.5公斤。
2,中壓調整器壓力調整說明
調整器上方有十字螺絲，可動態調整壓力，順時針轉是增壓，逆時針轉是減壓，壓力越大火力越強。
3,建議瓦斯壓力2.2-2.5公斤
輝力牌中壓調整器出廠時的牙距大約抓3至5牙，即是2.2-2.5公斤，建議壓力不要調超過2.5公斤，以確保使用安全。

二、使用前檢查:
1,確認快速爐開關關閉
使用前請先確認快速爐主火及母火開關關閉，左邊旋鈕為主火開關，右邊旋鈕為母火開關;順時針關火，逆時針開火。
2,確認桶裝瓦斯開關關閉
3,確認有安裝中壓調整器
4,確認連接處皆有鎖緊
確認調整器入口有鎖緊，調整器出口插管皮管有插到底，管束有鎖緊於皮管前端，防止管線脫落造成漏氣。

三、使用中須知:
1,先轉開桶裝瓦斯開關
2,再轉開快速爐母火開關用電子槍點燃母火
3,待空氣流出管內即可點著母火
第一次使用時，由於管內積存空氣，可能會有點不著母火的狀況，母火開著約5秒待空氣流出後即可點著母火。
4,轉開快速爐主火開關點著主火
轉開左旋鈕即可點燃主火。
5,務必先開母火再開主火
請注意，由於主火瓦斯流速快，請務必先點燃母火，再開主火，以免直接點主火產生瞬間大火造成危險。
6,調整空氣調整片
當瓦斯與空氣混和不當時，可能會有紅火的狀況，此時可以調整空氣調節片。
於開關前方的鐵殼下有空氣調節片，逆時針轉可增加空氣混和比例。
當空氣比例過多時，會有浮火的狀況，順時針轉可減少空氣混和比例。
盡可能調整到藍火並且火力集中即可產生最好的熱能。
7,避免湯湯水水滴到焰盤
使用時盡可能別讓湯湯水水滴到焰盤上，以防焰孔堵塞，造成紅火。
8,要注意空氣流通
使用時要注意空氣流通，因爐火燃燒需要有新鮮的供氣及順利的排放廢棄，如放置於爐灶內，務必留有排氣孔及煙囪。
若沒有好的空氣流通，將導致紅火，且縮短爐頭使用壽命，嚴重時將造成爐具不完全燃燒，產生一氧化碳，發生危險。
9,使用完務必關閉快速爐開關及桶裝瓦斯開關
使用完快速爐後，務必確實關閉母火及主火開關，以及關閉桶裝瓦斯開關。

First,Notice before operation:
1,Operating together with a medium-pressure regulator is a must
2,Pressure adjusting instruction of a medium-pressure regulator
3,A gas pressure of 2.2 to 2.5 kilograms is recommended

Second,Check before operation:
1,Confirm that the switch of the commercial stove is turned off
2,Confirm that the valve of the bottled gas cylinder is shut off
3,Confirm that the medium-pressure regulator is installed
4,Confirm that the fitting point is fully connected

Third,Notice during operation:
1,First, rotate to turn on the bottled gas cylinder
2,Then, rotate to turn on the pilot light switch of the commercial stove and use a gas lighter to light the pilot light
3,Wait until the air runs out of the tube and light the pilot light
4,Rotate to turn on the main burner switch of the commercial stove to light the main burner
5,Lighting the pilot light before lighting the main burner is a must
6,Adjust the air adjustment plate
7,Prevent from spilling or dripping soup or sauce on the flame disks
8,Make sure the environment is well ventilated
9,Make sure to turn off the switch of the commercial stove and shut off the valve of the bottled gas cylinder
