Finger and Hand Stretches - Exercises | Quadriplegic (C5,C6,C7)

Описание: Stretching your fingers as a quadriplegic is important to keep the fingers useable with tenodesis, which helps with picking items up. However, it is important to stretch your fingers properly to maintain their use. Failure to do so can result in open or tight hands. This is a video of me doing finger/hand stretches that I perform daily.
