Описание: Now this is what you call a workout! Go Behind the Smoke of Renegade Fitcamp with Nick Hardwick and Shawn Walchef as they have a blast at their “Adult Recess.”

Before sunrise on Christmas Eve, Cali BBQ Media owner Shawn Walchef and the Digital Hospitality video team traveled to the Renegade Fitcamp location in Point Loma, San Diego. The crew was there to met up with business owner, sports star, and fitness evangelist Nick Hardwick.

It was 4:45 a.m. as Shawn and Nick stood outside the @Renegade fitness gym, which offers group workouts, inspirational coaching, personal training, state-of-the-art equipment, and a comfortable atmosphere.

“We’re gonna bust our ass,” Nick Hardwick said outside the workout facility, of which he and his wife Jayme Hardwick are part owners.

“I don’t want to die,” Shawn joked before heading inside for an intense, but rewarding, workout with one of the best athletes around.

Nick Hardwick is a former San Diego Charger, Digital Hospitality guest, and Finding Center podcast host.
