Hello Foodies,
When in weightloss, it’s very important to save calories by using less or no oil. Today, I am going to share a Lunch bowl which is prepared with just 1 tsp oil per serve and is under 500 calories. Don’t forget to check other macros at the end of the video.

Today’s recipe is for 2 people.
Ingredients used in today’s recipe
Pickled onions
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp vinegar
Pinch of salt
Sliced onions
To Roast Tofu
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt as taste
200 gm tofu
To prepare beans and tofu masala
1 tsp oil
Garlic and green chilli
1 cup Sliced onions
1/2 cup mix bell peppers
180 gm boiled beans
200 gm toasted tofu
Oregano
To boil quinoa
1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup water
Final Salad plate
100 gm boiled quinoa (To add flavors, you can add some lime juice, cilantro, black pepper in it)
1 portion of beans and tofu masala
Lettuce and carrots salad
Pickled onions
Masala Yogurt (Take 30 gm low fat yogurt, add pinch of salt, lemon juice, black pepper and cumin powder. )
