Recipe:
8 wieners

Dough:
260 grams bread flour
30 grams sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast
120 grams milk
1 egg
28 grams butter

Egg wash:
1 egg
1 tablespoon water

1. Add the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, milk, egg and softened butter to the bowl of your stand mixer.
2. Using the dough hook attachment, mix the dough for 10 to 15 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
3. Spray a bowl with cooking oil, add the dough and cover. Let rise for one hour or until doubled in size.
4. Prepare 8 wieners by drying them off with a paper towel then sprinkle a little flour onto them, this will help the dough stick better.
5. Once the dough has doubled, take the dough out onto a clean surface and knead to let the air out.
6. Divide into 8 equal pieces and roll into balls. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
7. Roll each dough ball into thin long strips.
8. Wrap dough strips around each wiener and place on a baking sheet.
9. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
10. Mix the egg wash and brush on each weiner, then sprinkle on everything but the bagel seasoning.
11. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
12. Once out of the oven, brush the tops with melted butter. Cut the pigs in a blanket into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
